The character above is from Genshin Impact, a very popular mobile rpg adventure game, that I'm a big fan of. Ei is the electro archon of Inazuma and Inazuma's raiden shogun. She is an electro polearm and works as a dps/sub dps. Her kit centers around energy recharge to maximize her burst which recovers energy for her teamates.
